Two tone vegan pancakes

Healthy full of protein and gives you full power for the day!


– 50g coconut shavings
– 2 ripe bananas 🍌
– 50g peanut butter
– 3 dates
– 50 g oatmeal
– 100ml almond milk
– handful of walnuts
– teaspoon of vanilla extract .

Directions:Blend everything until silky smooth.
💙half goes with a teaspoon of blue spirulina and fried in a pan.
❤️other half goes with teaspoon of beetroots powder and fried in a pan.

Top with coconut yoghurt, frozen berries(kinda frozen coz it took me too damn long to take this picture), figs and mint leaves 🌱
