We hate waiting for our online orders as much as you do. This is why we dispatch all orders within 24 hours! Our warehouse is located in Germany and we ship from here via DHL (Deutsche Post) to all countries worldwide, delivery takes between 3 and 14 days depending on your location.

Shipping is a 7.90US$ flat, worldwide and via registered airmail. That’s it, doesn’t get more economical than that.
We’ll even pay for your shipping on all orders over 69$ – all orders are dispatched via worldwide priority airmail.
Safe & convenient
Simple: Our packages are well packed, so things don’t break. Door to door delivery, it doesn’t get more convenient. In some countries customs might want to check the contents, not to worry: we’re including the proper documents.

For Germany: Deutsche Post, consignment: 5,49 EUR (per shipment, “DHL Paket mit Sendungsverfolgung”)
Orders above 60 EUR receive FREE shipping within Germany.
Outside of Germany: Deutsche Post DHL Group – International: 7.90 USD (per shipment)
Orders above 69 USD receive FREE worldwide shipping outside of Germany.
We offer worldwide airmail shipping and registered airmail shipping with tracking number via DHL Germany/Deutsche Post.
Orders are dispatched from our distribution center in Germany within 1 business day after placing your order.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location: approx. 7-10 days for most countries in Europe, Asia, the US and Australia – in some cases it may take up to 14 days for your order to be delivered.
A signature is not required for delivery except when your order is registered and you’ve been provided with a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your order and shipment on https://bluechai.com/contact by inserting the tracking number provided, given that you have instructed us to ship with a tracking number.
You’re responsible for paying any possible import duties for your country, taxes and shipping in case of a refund. If your order is being held in customs, please contact them directly to resolve the issue. You might need to pay a specific import tax or there might be questions by your local authorities about the content of the shipment. Feel free to get in touch with us should there be any concerns or questions. We can email/call your local tax office and send them proof of payment if neccessary. There is an official invoice attached to every order. For bulk sales you have to return the entire order with previous conditions in order to be eligible to receive a refund.
If you don’t love it we’ll take it back
We want you to love Bluechai. If you are not satisfied for any reason with our tea, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note that refunds will only be given for unopened sachets and cans. Free samples are exempt from our return policy.

Your information is secure while shopping with Bluechai. Our payment provider’s (its PayPal & Stripe by the way) servers are SSL secured servers and tested daily to ensure your data will arrive privately and unaltered. We’re also working PCI compliant with Stripe.com for all credit card transactions and do not store any billing information.

All flowers are handpicked early in the morning to ensure superior quality, taste and freshness. Should you not be satisfied with Bluechai, please return the unopened sachet to the address on your order and we will refund the payment amount via PayPal. Please note that you’ll have to pay for return shipment and that we cannot accept any returns which have been opened or tampered with.
Bluechai is harvested daily by farmers in selected countries and sun-dried immediately after harvest to ensure freshness.
We’re fair trading supportes and therefore pay premium prices for our tea. Thereby we can guarantee our customers that only perfect flowers with their full flavour are picked and support local development of farmers at the same time.
