Merlot Wineflour Harvest Vegetable Pottage

Ingredients

according to your gusto/ your harvest e.g.

  • Beans, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, celery roll
  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • some broth
  • 2-4 tablespoons Bluechai “Merlot wine flour / powder”  (great taste, no alcohol)
  • Keep leaves for garnish
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Bring everything together to boil.
  • Reduce heat
  • Cover and simmer
  • Garnish with celery leaves or chives
