Ingredients:
– 8-9 dates
– 1/2 cup raw almonds
– 2 TBSP almond butter
– 2 TBSP vegan protein powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate crispy quinoa gems
Directions:
Puree all ingredients into a food processor, pulsing in the chocolate gems last. Roll into 9-11 cookie balls, and roll into superfood powder like dragonfruit/ pink pitaya powder and blue matcha powder.
Chill extras covered in the fridge. nom nom!
